The dryer ETT BIO SPECIAL is an advanced system of drying with automatic feed on a conveyor belt with trolleys, specifically made for the positioning of the leather uppers. Through this process you get a leather that keeps all its elasticity and softness. It’s powered by wood biomass.

The dryer ETT Special has a drying chamber made of prepainted thermo-walls from the outside and inside. It’s constituted by a thermical room of heat generation with:

• Hot air generator
• Combustion chamber in special stainless steel with high efficiency
• Centrifugal fan
• Three phase motor kW 3,0
• Burner operating pellet chips, wood chips, shells, hazelnuts of our production with electrical control of the flame
• Chimney kit in stainless steel
• Electric control panel for the automatic processing functional delta T °C
• Installations of humidification complete of special nozze in stainless steel and solenoid shutoff valve of water, automatically controller by the electronic controller of humidity
• Plenum of discharge hot air made of Sendzimir bent sheet metal
• Plenum of recovery of hot air complete of outdoor air openings made of Sendzimir bent sheet metal

The drying chamber is, instead, entirely built in thermo-walls and it’s constituted by:

• Supporting structure of high build designed for moving the dryer, complete with coupling flanges and central supports, with special coating inside and with high insulation
• Slide rails for loading of containers
• Two doors each with two insulated hinged with automatic opening for the access to the cell from the part of loading and from the output part of containers.
• Geared motor for automatic movement and advancement of containers through pinions and chain
• Fourteen wheeled containers for loading uppers made of Sendzimir galvanized sheet, equipped with 8 loading platforms with corrugated wire network.
